About the workshop
The content of the workshop will in part be created by the curiosity and needs of the people present, and will contain:
– Body and Breath
-Vocal Improvisation and Sounding as a warm-up and creative entrance point
-Text work
-You will be part of shaping the day and you are welcome to get in touch with your ideas ahead of the day.
Participants from different contexts, including actors, singers and directors, are invited to come together for a day of vocal exploration.
About the teacher
Annemette Verspeak is Head of Voice at Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. Annemette herself is trained by Patsy Rodenburg and at Central School of Speech and Drama. She has been teaching at WITH/Tree Agency and Studio Selma Susanna for over 20 years. Students think of her classes as profound, inspiring and of very high quality.
